Do Good Work. Build Something From It.
Bloom Ivy employs people across cleaning, green infrastructure, grounds maintenance, supervision and operations. We recruit for capability, reliability and attitude, not simply whether someone's employment history
[ Responsible Employment ]
Real work. Fair pay. Clear expectations.
Bloom Ivy was built on the belief that commercial success can create meaningful employment.
We do not create artificial roles to demonstrate social impact.
We create commercially necessary jobs and broaden who gets the opportunity to succeed in them.
Our employees perform real work for real clients and are expected to meet the professional requirements of their roles.
Fair and lawful remuneration
Safe working environments
Clear responsibilities
Structured onboarding
Practical workplace training
Respectful supervision
Reasonable workplace adjustments where appropriate
Consistent feedback
Skills development
Opportunities to increase responsibility
Pathways to team leadership and other roles as the business grows
Opportunity should reach further.
As Bloom Ivy grows, our objective is for at least 50% of our workforce to comprise people who have experienced significant barriers to employment.
People with disability
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
Migrants and refugees experiencing employment barriers
Survivors rebuilding their lives following domestic and family violence
People experiencing long-term unemployment
Young people facing significant barriers to workforce entry
Mature workers returning to employment
Parents and carers returning to work
Other people experiencing significant workforce exclusion
This does not mean lowering the requirements of a role. It means looking beyond conventional recruitment channels and providing appropriate pathways, preparation and support for capable people to succeed.
[ Employment Pathways ]
Two pathways into Bloom Ivy..
Different people may take different routes into work. The standard remains the same.
Ready to perform. Ready to grow.
For experienced workers and applicants ready to perform the requirements of their role independently.
We look for people who demonstrate:
Different pathway. Same standards.
For suitable candidates who have the capacity to work but may benefit from additional support when entering or returning to employment.
Depending on the person and the role, this may include:
[ Career Progression ]
A job should be able to become something more.
Entry into Bloom Ivy should not mean remaining in the same role indefinitely.
A pathway for growth
