maintenance for organisations that expect reliable service, clear
accountability and consistent standards.
Bloom Ivy is an Australian facilities services company with an
operating presence across Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane,
Perth and Darwin. We combine disciplined service delivery with
responsible employment creating meaningful work
withoutcompromising the standards our clients expect.
Commercial standards. Social purpose. Neither compromised.
Bloom Ivy provides professionally managed cleaning, green infrastructure and property maintenance for commercial, institutional and public environments.
Our approach is straightforward: understand the site, define the service standard, prepare the people and systems required to deliver it, verify performance and continuously improve. Alongside this, we create structured employment opportunities for people who have experienced barriers to work.
Performance makes the impact possible.
Our services can operate independently or be combined into a coordinated facilities maintenance program.

Need more than one service?

through a single service relationship.
One scope. One accountable team. Clear reporting.
Different facilities carry different risks, operating requirements and stakeholder expectations. We build the service around the environment rather than forcing every client into the same model.
Structured service delivery with attention to WHS, security, documentation, reporting, accountability and service continuity.
Reliable maintenance designed around building operations, tenants, visitors and presentation standards.
Cleaning and grounds support for learning environments, administration areas, amenities and shared spaces.
Controlled facilities maintenance for environments where hygiene, consistency and careful site procedures matter.
Reliable facilities maintenance comes from clear standards, prepared people and accountable systems.
We build the service around the site its operating hours, risks, access requirements, users and agreed outcomes.
Personnel are inducted, trained and assigned against defined responsibilities.
Service quality is actively monitored rather than assumed.
Schedules, inspections, incidents, issues and corrective actions can be recorded and reported.
Issues are escalated, assigned and followed through to resolution.
There is clear ownership of the contract and responsibility for the outcome.
A structured approach from day one.
We assess the environment, scope, operating hours, access, risks, stakeholders and existing service challenges.
We define service frequencies, personnel requirements, equipment, consumables, WHS controls, supervision and reporting.
Personnel are allocated, inducted and trained. Equipment, site procedures, access requirements and reporting systems are prepared before commencement.
Services are delivered against the agreed schedule. Completion is recorded, supervisors monitor service quality, and identified issues are assigned for corrective action.
Performance is reviewed against agreed requirements. Reporting can include attendance, inspections, incidents, complaints, corrective actions, consumable usage and agreed KPIs.
Facilities services cannot depend on one individual being available. Bloom Ivy's service model is designed around core site personnel, trained relief capacity, documented site requirements, supervisor escalation and workforce coordination. This helps preserve service continuity when circumstances change and ensures critical site knowledge belongs to the organisation not only to an individual worker.
Bloom Ivy believes one of the most practical ways a business can create lasting social impact is through employment. As we grow, our objective is for at least 50% of our workforce to comprise people who have experienced significant barriers to employment. This may include people with disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, survivors rebuilding their lives following domestic and family violence, migrants and refugees experiencing employment barriers, and people returning after long-term unemployment.
Our people perform real work for real clients and are expected to meet the standards required of their roles. In return, Bloom Ivy provides fair remuneration, clear expectations, structured induction, practical training, appropriate supervision, reasonable workplace adjustments and opportunities to progress.
Same professional standards. More equitable pathways to reaching them.
We focus on environmental improvements within the services we control and measure them where measurement is meaningful.
Our service planning incorporates appropriate controls for the work, people and environment.
Safe systems. Clear responsibilities. Accountable delivery.
Supporting corporate, safety, quality and compliance documentation can be made available to clients and procurement teams as appropriate.
What should you expect from your facilities partner?
Clear responsibility from mobilisation through ongoing delivery.
Defined scope, prepared personnel, supervision and quality controls.
Workforce planning and escalation designed to protect service delivery when circumstances change.
Issues are dealt with by people responsible for the contract.
Cleaning, green infrastructure and property maintenance can operate independently or together.
Your facilities expenditure can create broader social value without lowering service standards.
