A facilities company built around two responsibilities.
Deliver excellent work. Create meaningful work.
Bloom Ivy is an Australian facilities services company providing commercial cleaning, green infrastructure
and property maintenance.
We built the company around a simple belief:
A business should be commercially disciplined enough to serve demanding clients and purposeful enough to
create opportunities beyond the obvious candidate pool.
Commercial standards. Social purpose. Neither compromised.
Bloom Ivy provides professionally managed cleaning, green infrastructure and property maintenance for commercial, institutional and public environments.
Our approach is straightforward: understand the site, define the service standard, prepare the people and systems required to deliver it, verify performance and continuously improve. Alongside this, we create structured employment opportunities for people who have experienced barriers to work.
Performance makes the impact possible.
To maintain places well and create opportunities through the work required to do it.
To build one of Australia's most respected purpose-led facilities services businesses. Not the biggest. One of the most trusted.
To deliver dependable facilities services through well-trained people, disciplined operating systems and responsible employment.

Bloom Ivy began with green infrastructure.
The original idea was simple: workplaces invest in plants and landscaped environments, but those assets require consistent care to remain healthy and valuable.
Green maintenance also offered something else - practical, structured work capable of creating employment opportunities for people often overlooked by conventional recruitment.
That intersection between maintenance and meaningful employment became the foundation of Bloom Ivy. As we examined the needs of institutional and commercial clients, the opportunity became broader.
The same principles apply to cleaning and facilities maintenance: repetitive work does not mean unimportant work; good systems create consistency; good supervision creates accountability; and meaningful employment can be created through services organisations already need.
For organisations managing multiple service requirements, Bloom Ivy can coordinate complementary maintenance activities through one service relationship.
One scope. One accountable team. Clear reporting.
